Owner operated, north valley
Andy Davidson runs the truck, the trailer and the blasting himself
Elite Pool Tile Cleaning, L.L.C. is a one-owner pool tile business. Andy is listed on the site as Owner Operator, and the work that makes the white line come off your tile is work he does with his own equipment. When you call (480) 818-7235, you are calling the person who will be standing at your pool.
The company is an Arizona LLC, filed in 2016. It specializes in removing stubborn calcium deposits from the water line, grout, spillways, waterfalls, fountains and negative edge walls, and it cleans almost any surface: glazed tile, natural stone or rock, Pebble Tec, brick and more.
20 years of calcium buildup gone in a couple of days.

The equipment and the method
The band that comes off is six to eight inches deep
Every job starts the same way. A commercial grade water pump lowers your water level 6 to 8 inches, which fully exposes the calcium staining. The pool is not drained for tile work, and nobody has to be home, as long as Andy has access to the pool, a source of power and a water source.
Then comes the part that takes judgement. Glazed tile, natural stone, Pebble Tec and brick do not all tolerate the same blast, so the media is chosen for the surface in front of Andy. State of the art blasting technology then removes the scale and calcium build up, and the surrounding deck is rinsed and hosed off.
Once the surfaces are clean, the spent media and calcium settle at the bottom of the pool. Andy takes them out with his own custom-fabricated portable pump and filter, so the pool is not left for your equipment to cope with. The whole process is safe, quick and inexpensive compared to the alternatives.
The pool is ready to swim in right away. Depending on the media used, the water can look cloudy until it filters, and it clears in 24 to 36 hours.

The stance on sealer
Nothing gets sealed, because nothing was damaged
Ceramic and porcelain pool tile carries a clear glaze. Many companies blast improperly and destroy that glaze, then apply sealer to cover the damage. Sealer yellows over time under UV light, so the cover-up does not last.
Elite uses the correct media for your surface composition and does not damage the tile, so the application of sealant is not needed. Their own words for it: eco friendly and guaranteed not to scratch, etch or damage your tile.
Why the work exists
Phoenix water leaves a white line on every pool
Because of the nature of Phoenix's naturally hard water, it is inevitable that calcium build up will occur on swimming pool tile and other pool surfaces. It shows up as a white line at the waterline when the pH runs high for a while, and it can bleed through the grout from the surface underneath. There is no need to spend hours with a pumice stone or harsh chemicals trying to take it off.
